الفاظ ( شَـيْـــًٔـا )

تم پر جہاد فرض کیا گیا گو وہ تمہیں دشوار معلوم ہو ، ممکن ہے کہ تم کسی چیز کو بری جانو اور دراصل وہی تمہارے لئے بھلی ہو اور یہ بھی ممکن ہے کہ تم کسی چیز کو اچھی سمجھو ، حالانکہ وہ تمہارے لئے بری ہو حقیقی علم اللہ ہی کو ہے ، تم محض بے خبر ہو ۔

Fighting has been enjoined upon you while it is hateful to you. But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.

یہ طلاقیں دو مرتبہ ہیں پھر یا تو اچھائی سے روکنا یا عمدگی کے ساتھ چھوڑ دینا ہے اور تمہیں حلال نہیں کہ تم نے انہیں جو دے دیا ہے اس میں سے کچھ بھی لو ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ دونوں کو اللہ کی حدیں قائم نہ رکھ سکنے کا خوف ہو اس لئے اگر تمہیں ڈر ہو کہ یہ دونوں اللہ کی حدیں قائم نہ رکھ سکیں گے تو عورت رہائی پانے کے لئے کچھ دے ڈالے ، اس میں دونوں پر گناہ نہیں یہ اللہ کی حدود ہیں خبردار ان سے آگے نہ بڑھنا اور جو لوگ اللہ کی حدوں سے تجاوز کر جائیں وہ ظالم ہیں ۔

Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment. And it is not lawful for you to take anything of what you have given them unless both fear that they will not be able to keep [within] the limits of Allah . But if you fear that they will not keep [within] the limits of Allah , then there is no blame upon either of them concerning that by which she ransoms herself. These are the limits of Allah , so do not transgress them. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah - it is those who are the wrongdoers.

تمہیں اگر بھلائی ملے تو یہ ناخوش ہوتے ہیں ہاں! اگر بُرائی پہنچے تو خوش ہوتے ہیں ، تم اگر صبر کرو اور پرہیز گاری کرو تو ان کا مکر تمہیں کچھ نقصان نہ دے گا ۔ اللہ تعالٰی نے ان کے اعمال کا احاطہ کر رکھا ہے ۔

If good touches you, it distresses them; but if harm strikes you, they rejoice at it. And if you are patient and fear Allah , their plot will not harm you at all. Indeed, Allah is encompassing of what they do.

۔ ( حضرت ) محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم صرف رسول ہی ہیں ان سے پہلے بہت سے رُسول ہو چکے ہیں کیا اگر ان کا انتقال ہو جائے یا یہ شہید ہوجائیں ، تو تم اسلام سے اپنی ایڑیوں کے بل پھر جاؤ گے ؟اور جو کوئی پھر جائے اپنی ایڑیوں پر تو ہر گز اللہ تعالٰی کا کچھ نہ بگاڑے گا ، عنقریب اللہ تعالٰی شکر گزاروں کو نیک بدلہ دے گا ۔

Muhammad is not but a messenger. [Other] messengers have passed on before him. So if he was to die or be killed, would you turn back on your heels [to unbelief]? And he who turns back on his heels will never harm Allah at all; but Allah will reward the grateful.

کُفر کو ایمان کے بدلے خریدنے والے ہرگِز ہرگِز اللہ تعالٰی کو کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکتے اور ان ہی کے لئے المناک عذاب ہے ۔

Indeed, those who purchase disbelief [in exchange] for faith - never will they harm Allah at all, and for them is a painful punishment.

اور اگر تم ایک بیوی کی جگہ دوسری بیوی کرنا ہی چاہو اور ان میں سے کسی کو تم نے خزانہ کا خزانہ دے رکھا ہو ، تو بھی اس میں سے کچھ نہ لو کیا تم اسے ناحق اور کھُلا گناہ ہوتے ہوئے بھی لے لو گے تم اسے کیسے لے لو گے ۔

But if you want to replace one wife with another and you have given one of them a great amount [in gifts], do not take [back] from it anything. Would you take it in injustice and manifest sin?

یقیناً وہ لوگ کافر ہوگئے جنہوں نے کہاکہ اللہ ہی مسیح ابن مریم ہے ، آپ ان سے کہہ دیجئے کہ اگر اللہ تعالٰی مسیح ابن مریم اور اس کی والدہ اور روئے زمین کے سب لوگوں کو ہلاک کر دینا چاہیے تو کون ہے جو اللہ پر کچھ بھی اختیار رکھتا ہو؟ آسمانوں و زمین اور دونوں کے درمیان کا کل ملک اللہ تعالٰی ہی کا ہے وہ جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے اور اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز پر قادر ہے

They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allah is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allah at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allah is over all things competent.

یہ کان لگا لگاکر جھوٹ کے سننے والے اور جی بھر بھر کر حرام کے کھانے والے ہیں اگر یہ تمہارے پاس آئیں تو تمہیں اختیار ہے خواہ ان کے آپس کا فیصلہ کرو خواہ ان کو ٹال دو اگر تم ان سے منہ بھی پھیرو گے تو بھی یہ تم کو ہرگز کوئی ضرر نہیں پہنچا سکتے اور اگر تم فیصلہ کرو تو ان میں عدل و انصاف کے ساتھ فیصلہ کرو ، یقیناً عدل والوں کے ساتھ اللہ محبت رکھتا ہے ۔

[They are] avid listeners to falsehood, devourers of [what is] unlawful. So if they come to you, [O Muhammad], judge between them or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them - never will they harm you at all. And if you judge, judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.

پس اگر تم روگردانی کرو تو کرو میں تو تمہیں وہ پیغام پہنچا چکا جو دے کر مجھے تمہاری طرف بھیجا گیا تھا ، میرا رب تمہارے قائم مقام اور لوگوں کو کر دے گا اور تم اس کا کچھ بھی بگاڑ نہ سکو گے یقیناً میرا پروردگار ہرچیز پر نگہبان ہے ۔

But if they turn away, [say], "I have already conveyed that with which I was sent to you. My Lord will give succession to a people other than you, and you will not harm Him at all. Indeed my Lord is, over all things, Guardian."

اور وہ اللہ تعالٰی کے سوا ان کی عبادت کرتے ہیں جو آسمانوں اور زمین سے انہیں کچھ بھی تو روزی نہیں دے سکتے اور نہ قدرت رکھتے ہیں ۔

And they worship besides Allah that which does not possess for them [the power of] provision from the heavens and the earth at all, and [in fact], they are unable.

اللہ تعالٰی نے تمہیں تمہاری ماؤں کے پیٹوں سے نکالا ہے کہ اس وقت تم کچھ بھی نہیں جانتے تھے ، اسی نے تمہارے کان اور آنکھیں اور دل بنائے کہ تم شکر گزاری کرو ۔

And Allah has extracted you from the wombs of your mothers not knowing a thing, and He made for you hearing and vision and intellect that perhaps you would be grateful.
