الفاظ ( النَّجْوٰى )

پس یہ لوگ آپس کے مشوروں میں مختلف رائے ہوگئے اور چھپ کر چپکے چپکے مشورہ کرنے لگے ۔

So they disputed over their affair among themselves and concealed their private conversation.

کیا تو نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا؟ جنہیں کانا پوسی سے روک دیا گیا تھا وہ پھر بھی اس روکے ہوئے کام کو دوبارہ کرتے ہیں اور آپس میں گناہ کی اور ظلم و زیادتی کی اور نافرمانی ٔ پیغمبر کی سرگوشیاں کرتے ہیں اور جب تیرے پاس آتے ہیں تو تجھے ان لفظوں میں سلام کرتے ہیں جن لفظوں میں اللہ تعالٰی نے نہیں کہا اور اپنے دل میں کہتے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالٰی ہمیں اس پر جو ہم کہتے ہیں سزا کیوں نہیں دیتا ان کے لئے جہنم کافی ( سزا ) ہے جس میں یہ جائیں گے سو وہ برا ٹھکانا ہے ۔

Have you not considered those who were forbidden from private conversation, then they return to that which they were forbidden and converse among themselves about sin and aggression and disobedience to the Messenger? And when they come to you, they greet you with that [word] by which Allah does not greet you and say among themselves, "Why does Allah not punish us for what we say?" Sufficient for them is Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the destination.

۔ ( بر ی ) سرگوشیاں پس شیطانی کام ہے جس سے ایمانداروں کو رنج پہنچے گو اللہ تعالٰی کی اجازت کے بغیر وہ انہیں کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکتا اور ایمان والوں کو چاہیے کہ اللہ ہی پر بھروسہ رکھیں ۔

Private conversation is only from Satan that he may grieve those who have believed, but he will not harm them at all except by permission of Allah . And upon Allah let the believers rely.
